SUNDAY MORNING WORSHIP SERVICE   9:45AM-11:00AM

The service begins with contemporary praise and worship from 9:45am-10:00am led by our Music Director David Eckert. At 10:00am our worship service begins offering a blend that includes traditional hymns and gospel songs with praise and worship music, as well as special music, soloists and our adult choir. Dr. Harold E. Salem brings solid exposition of the scriptures with high application to daily living and a strong evangelistic message. The worship service is broadcast live on television and radio via the Christian Worship Hour.

SUNDAY EVENING WORSHIP   6:00PM-7:00PM

This service features a combination of both traditional and contemporary worship styles in a relaxed atmosphere. Sunday evenings will involve lay participation with special music, soloists, scripture reading, prayer, movies and more. Dr. Harold E. Salem or the Associate Pastor of Christian Education again bring a strong evangelistic, scripture-based message. This service is often used for baptismal and communion services.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT PRAYER MEETING   7:00PM-7:45PM

This service opens with a time of traditional worship. Dr. Harold E. Salem or various lay leaders then lead a time of Bible study which ranges from topical studies to verse by verse study of a book of the Bible. The service closes with a time of small group prayer for individuals, the church, the community, and the country.

SPECIAL ANNUAL WORSHIP SERVICES

Maundy Thursday Service	This service is held the last Thursday before Easter Sunday at 7:00pm. It is designed to prepare our hearts for the upcoming Easter weekend. This is a candlelight service followed by communion.
Easter Sunrise Service	This service is held every Easter Sunday at 7:00 am. The service is led by the youth with a potluck breakfast following the service.
Easter Sunday Worship Service	This service is the highlight of the year at First Baptist Church. There is special music, choir number, and message all emphasizing the resurrection of Christ.
Thanksgiving Service	This service is held the Wednesday before Thanksgiving at 7:00pm. It focuses on giving thanks for what God has done for us and features the choir and a message.
Christmas Eve Service of Carols and Candles	This service is held Christmas Eve at 6:00pm. It focuses on the birth of Christ and features our youth who read the Christmas story, the singing of Christmas carols, a message from God’s word, and closes with a candlelit sanctuary and the congregation singing Silent Night.
New Year's Eve Service	This service is held New Year's Eve.  It focuses on remembering those members and friends who have died the past year and looks ahead to the upcoming year. The service features a devotional and a Candlelight Communion Service.
