Sunday School meets every Sunday from 8:45-9:30 am and has classes for all ages and interests. The Following is a list of our Winter Adult Sunday School classes:
| Class #1 | Remarkable Women of the Bible (Starting January 3) Remarkable women from Eve to Dorcas, Lydia, Priscilla, and Phoebe and how they live on in God’s Word to instruct and encourage us as we cope with our lives today. There will be plenty of opportunity for input to discuss how these different women’s roles played out in history. |
| Class #2 | SPEECHLESS These 14 episodes, hosted by Janet Parshall, present in a vivid and factual way how Christians are being silenced. Christians are being silenced all across America: in the political debate, the public square, the schools, the workplace, and even in the sanctuary of their own churches. See things from a Christian worldview like homosexuality, taking the Bible out of the public view, freedom of speech, and losing your job because of your faith. Adult class in the gymnasium. The class will be facilitated by KEVIN RAU and TERRANCE KETTERLING |

Heartland Men of Integrity
Heartland Men of Integrity is a Christ-centered ministry dedicated to uniting men through vital relationships to become godly influences in their world.
HMI helps each man grow spiritually through:
1. Quarterly praise and worship rallies at area churches. The rallies are held to inform and encourage participants to be better husbands, fathers and men of God. The rallies are an opportunity to fellowship with others and participate in corporate, non-denominational worship.
2. Sponsoring vans each year to attend the annual Promise Keepers conference in the area.
3. Encouraging and assisting men in forming small group Bible studies to learn how to be better citizens, husbands, and fathers by using God's plan for their lives.

The women of First Baptist church are organized to grow in fellowship with each other, serve the church, and contribute to missions around the world.
The women of First Baptist Church fellowship with each other through circles groups. There are four different circles, two in the afternoon and two in the evening, that meet the first Tuesday of every month from September to May. These circles meet for a time of Bible study, prayer, fellowship, and food. The circles meet together for three events during the year. They have a kick-off potluck in September, an end of the year potluck in May, and a Christmas dinner and program in December.
The circles serve the the church by taking turns serving at church functions, serving lunch at all funerals, and keeping the kitchens in order.
The women support missionaries with their monthly circle offerings as well as preparing White Cross packages.
You can join a circle any time during the year. For more information about women's ministries call First Baptist Church at 225-9581.
